Introduction
Placement and training play a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is a dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting their campus for recruitment. Keeping this key aspect into consideration, PJ College of Management and Technology realized that training is important for students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various industries.
In view of this, our placement cell makes sure that students get to interact with industry professionals and experts on regular basis through seminars and workshops, industrial visits, study tours and summer internships. Students are trained on the process of selection i.e. personal interviews, group discussions and written tests which include reasoning and aptitude.
