Sports and Games

Introduction

Sports and Games form an essential part in overall development of students in the college life. They help in development of the mental health and physical health. Through participation in Sports and Games, a student gains various skills, experience and confidence that are helpful for developing their personality. Playing Sports teaches us various lessons of life, such as teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, responsibility, self-discipline. In view of the importance of Sports and Games in shaping students’ health, personality and fitness, PJCMT gives emphasis to the basic physical education practices for this purpose. Regular and part-time physical advisors are also recruited to train and guide the students. Every year college conducts Annual sports meet to bring out the sports and Games talents and also the best performers are awarded.
